1. Background and requirements
In 2012, in terms of education organizations, Chinese government put forward the implementation of network coverage, the exchange of teaching sources and the sharing of online courses. Moreover, online platforms need to be established to manage teaching sources and to implement teaching management.
In response to this policy, Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power, associated with Holyvision, manages to establish an online education platform and promotes the informatization of education.

A. Academic communication
Teachers and education experts can exchange teaching experience online.
B. Online courses
Teachers can give lessons on the internet so that students can attend class anywhere.
C. Information sharing
Teachers can upload or download the course videos so that they can learn from each other.
D. Emote training
Teachers can learn from teaching experts through their live class on the platform.
